Preparation & Painting

The skulls are supplied attached to resin frames with small connecting supports for protection during storage and transit.

Carefully remove the components using sharp hobby clippers and trim any remaining attachment points.

Attach the skulls to miniature bases, scenery or models using super glue.

The resin is cleaned and fully cured before packaging, so no additional cleaning is required.

For best results, apply a suitable miniature primer before painting.

For a classic aged bone finish, try a white primer, Vallejo Game Color Bonewhite, a wash of Citadel Skeleton Horde and a final drybrush of Bonewhite followed by white.

Creating Detailed Miniature Bases

Scatter individual skulls across ruined battlefields, combine them into piles of bones or incorporate them into dark fantasy scenery.

The variety of damaged and intact designs allows you to create anything from ancient burial grounds and battlefield remains to decorative trophies and gothic architectural details.

Use the 28mm and 32mm options separately or combine both sizes to introduce additional variation into larger scenery projects.
